Belma Gayawan Mary is the Managing Director of Elite Glow Concept — a dedicated administrative professional based in Abuja, Nigeria, with over a decade of experience supporting organizations across the private, educational, and non-profit sectors. She combines strong organizational skills with a communicator’s eye for detail, a blend shaped by her diverse background spanning office administration, human resource support, and journalism.
Throughout her career, Belma has consistently streamlined office operations, managed complex schedules and correspondence, and built the cross-functional relationships that keep projects moving smoothly. Her early experience as a reporter and co-editor sharpened her ability to write clearly, gather and verify information, and communicate with confidence — skills she brings into every role she takes on. She is known for her professionalism, adaptability, and quick-learning approach to new challenges.
